28	28	A massive constraint of this system is communications in the path of a disaster. Cell towers can be destroyed, phones can go dead and have no way to be recharged without electricity and internet connections can fall out completely. Coping with communications is a case-by-case problem and is hard to address due to the vast amount of potential damages to communication systems.
