We currently include an old version of Potlatch which gets activated if OSM OAuth details are available in the running GIS config.

We'd like to include the modern iD editor:
* https://github.com/systemed/iD/

Initial version can just open the editor over the active viewport.

This can be extended to:
* Copy feature/attributes from Eden to OSM
* Copy feature/attributes from OSM to Eden
