OSM Layers
This is the XML format used by OpenStreetMap.
It allows the features to be queried:
- http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/osm-layer.html
- http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.7/doc/apidocs/files/OpenLayers/Format/OSM-js.html
- http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Editors/Django
(To use OpenStreetMap as a Base layer requires the use of a TMS layer)
