SubFolders

May layers can exist in multiple folders.

We would like to extend this by suporting sub-folders.

We would also like to be able to enable/disable a folder/sub-folder of layers through a single check-box.

• Use-case: A folder for 'Incidents' with a separate layer for each Incident category. user can then enale/disable Incidents all together or fine-tune which Incident Categories they are interested in.
