Whilst this could grow into a user-facing accounting module, it's initial focus is on being a support module for [wiki:BluePrintProjectManagement Project Management] & [wiki:BluePrint/Logistics Logistics] handling common budgetting information.

== Funds Dispersal ==
India have a need for a funds dispersal module (although currently do have custom PHP/MySQL code available in Karnataka).

 * Key issue for bureaucrats as that's what they'll be held accountable for
 * Reports for tracking fund dispersion aggregated at village/district/state level: Accountability
 * Links to DVR
 * Primary school teachers collect census data so ideal for collecting DVR: used to systems & community used to them.
 * Collect on paper for data entry clerks to enter (scanners not available & no time to train them on operation anyway)
