GeoRSS Layers
2 methods:
- Live feed
- File upload
Cache feeds so that if Internet goes down they remain available.
Need to replace current implementation using OpenLayers.Layer.GML
- OpenLayers.Layer.Vector with Protocol.HTTP and Strategy.Fixed
Provide a list of pre-populated feeds to select from:
- http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/catalogs/eqs7day-M2.5.xml
- http://volcano.wr.usgs.gov/rss/vhpcaprss.xml
OpenLayers doesn't yet support different Icons per Category in feed:
NB This is separate to the GeoRSS Import/Export
