To display Shapefiles & Images we need to install a 3rd party server.
[GeoServer] is probably a better target than [http://mapserver.org MapServer]
 * !GeoServer has a great in-built Admin UI
 * !GeoServer can be configured via REST rather than !MapScript if we wish to control from within Eden itself
 * !GeoServer uses !OpenLayers as native preview
 * !GeoServer has a [http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/Printing+2.0+HOWTO Printing plugin]
 * [http://opengeosuite.org OpenGeoSuite] provides an integrated stack
