Blueprint: Transliteration

Purpose

As Sahana Eden is used in countries which do not use roman letters (eg Sri Lanka), a transliteration feature that transforms roman lettercombinations into their transliterated equivalents (such as Tamil letters).

Possible use-case

The CAP broker, which is currently work-in-progress, supports messages in different languages. Helpers might want to share messages in the county-specific letters.

Technical side

There are several things that could be transliterated. On client-side we need a "transliteration-textinput", beeing implemented as a S3Widget. It replaces the normal textboxes, when a developer sets widget=S3TransliterationWidget for a field.
