    46 This set of OSD tasks involve largely client-side web development.  Familiarity with javascript, jQuery, and particularly D3 is important.  Other helpful but not required areas of client-side experience:
    47 jQuery/flot; calls to JSON web services.  Server-side coding, using Python and Web2Py is not required though general understanding of those areas and database queries won’t hurt.
