    453453These have come originally from [http://gadm.org GADM] but have had L1s inserted by [http://www.philgis.org/freegisdata.htm PhilGIS] so their L1s become L2s, etc
    454454* Region Names have been modified to the format used by DSWD (Department of Social Welfare & Development)
     455* PSGC codes added for L1 and L2 from http://www.nscb.gov.ph/activestats/psgc/listprov.asp
    455456* A couple of other names have been corrected
    456457 * Kalookan -> Caloocan
