• L1: Province (Khyber-Pakhtunwa/Sindh)
• L2: District
• L3: Tehsil (not yet on live site)
• L4: Union Council
• L5: Village

About Divisions

Divisions (​http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divisions_of_Pakistan) are an administrative unit between L1 (Provinces) and L2 (Districts).

They were abolished in 2000, but some have been restored since then.
