It is recommended to complete this task after doing some testing first to get an understanding of what the applications are used for. We have some instructions on the [wiki:UserGuidelines] page -- this can be a starting point.  For applications that have no instructions, the [wiki:UserGuidelinesTemple User Guideline Template] tells what the form of the instructions should be.  The instructions are posted on the [wiki:WikiStart Sahana Eden wiki], so you'll need an account to edit the wiki.
