The link for downloading a PDF Form would be

Upload A PDF Form
there are two options available to upload. Individual image files where one file represent on page, or by uploading entire scanned form as a pdf, the link to upload scanned form would be.
http://127.0.0.1:8000/eden/modulePrefix/moduleSuffix/upload.pdf
and
http://127.0.0.1:8000/eden/modulePrefix/moduleSuffix/recordId/componentName/upload.pdf
The UUID/revison is the unique identifier for the PDF form which is available at the bottom of each page of the PDF Form.
While there are two options available for uploading a OCR Form.
- one image per page
- upload a Scanned OCR form as a PDF.
