=== Requests ===
This allows warehouses to make requests and track how these requests are be met by different criteria:

==== Commit ====
This represents the commitments which have been to meet this request. This is simply a promise or a pledge from another warehouse and does not represent a physical movement of items. 

==== Transit ====
This represents items which have been sent (but have not yet arrived) to meet the request.

==== Fulfil ====
This represents the items which have arrived in the warehouse which meet the request. Once all of the items in a request have been fulfilled, it can be considered to be closed.

=== Commit ===
This allows the warehouse to commit to meet requested items, and track existing commitments. Shipments of items to send can automatically be generated from commitments.
