The Hospital User Guide

  <_nursix_> Those hospitals who have net access might want to update their status information themselves (as they do on their own websites, blogs etc)
  <_nursix_> Someone would need to inform them
  <_nursix_> Update a hospital's status is simple:
  <_nursix_> Go to http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org and log in
  <_nursix_> Then go to http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/prod/hms/hospital/search_simple and enter the first three to five letters of the hospital name, then press search
  <_nursix_> From the search results, click on the ID of your hospital
  <_nursix_> Update the form that is popping up
  <_nursix_> Press save
  <_nursix_> At this stage, your hospital appears in the menu bar above
  <_nursix_> This menu contains links to more details
  <_nursix_> Select e.g. "Bed Capacity" and update the form
  <_nursix_> You may also specify your needs under "Shortages"
  <_nursix_> Important: Update the contact information of your hospital under http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/prod/hms/hospital/update
  <_nursix_> The hospitals main page, the "Bed Capacity" and the "Shortages" pages should be updated in a regular manner.
  <_nursix_> Also important: Please put in a service profile of your hospital under "Services"
  <_nursix_> Just tick the specialities your hospital provides _right now_
  <_nursix_> You may create a bookmark to your hospital's page in your browser. The URL looks like: http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/prod/hms/hospital/<your_hospital's_id_here>
  <_nursix_> E.g.
  <_nursix_> http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/prod/hms/hospital/2
  <_nursix_> A direct update link looks like that:
  <_nursix_> http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/prod/hms/hospital/update/100
  <_nursix_> (You need to login, of course)
  <_nursix_> To add information about Bed Capacity:
  <_nursix_> Go to (example) http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/prod/hms/hospital/100/bed_capacity
  <_nursix_> You might need to login.
  <_nursix_> Then add a unit, e.g. "Surgery Department", select the bed type, and enter the number of beds available, total etc.
  <_nursix_> Update a unit by clicking on the ID of the unit in the list
  <_nursix_> Keep these information up-to-date
  <_nursix_> The bed capacity entered into this list will update the total bed count of your hospital automatically
