OpenStreetMap Editor

We currently include an old version of Potlatch which gets activated if OSM OAuth details are available in the running GIS config.

We'd like to include the modern iD editor:

• ​https://github.com/systemed/iD/

Initial version can just open the editor over the active viewport.

This can be extended to:

• Copy feature/attributes from Eden to OSM
• Copy feature/attributes from OSM to Eden
