The need for ShaRe, in Sri Lanka, stems from the past major flood event experiences in 2016 and 2017. Analysis of the lessons learned realized the need for a Sahana solution. The project began in January 2018 and the first instance is scheduled to finish by the second quarter of this year. The implementation is made possible through funding from the UN-RCO in Sri Lanka. |
