    16 For the Caribbean, composed of island nations, the criticality of airport and seaports to logistics is obvious.  Each have different characteristics that are important to emergency response planning and execution.
     16CDEMA is currently collecting baseline data on airports, seaports, border crossings, shipping lines and airlines, warehouses and cold storage facilities.
