Ushahidi Emulation

There are a host of Mobile applications to send daa into Ushahidi.

These could easily be used to submit data to Eden as well, simply by creating a new controllers/api.py to parse their input: ​http://wiki.ushahidi.com/display/WIKI/Ushahidi+REST+API

This ties into this ticket about flexible Incident Types: #1144
