Issues:
- Map not showing locations until gis.update_location_tree() run manually via CLI
- Reports not ideal...can't set Facility Status VF in the Pivot Columns: http://sandy.sahanafoundation.org/eden/admin/ticket/eden/87.194.113.70.2012-11-04.00-32-35.10744521-f3b3-4829-b9b1-2e945ecc8de7
- Importer no longer having errors appear in 1st rows
- also not searchable
- also have soem records show up in XML
- also would be nice not to have apostrophes quoted
- Need to explain delay in Lx getting populated via gis.update_location_tree()
