  1. Share the project objectives and agree on implementation strategies and plans with all relevant National stakeholders
  2. Introduce the all-hazard all-media Common Alerting Protocol standard and procedures and formulate a National working group
  3. Assess the current status and capacity for operationalizing a Multi-agency Situational-awareness platform in the Maldives
