BluePrint for the Finance Module

Whilst this could grow into a user-facing accounting module, it's initial focus is on being a support module for Project Management & Logistics handling common budgetting information.

Funds Dispersal

India have a need for a funds dispersal module (although currently do have custom PHP/MySQL code available in Karnataka).

• Key issue for bureaucrats as that's what they'll be held accountable for
• Reports for tracking fund dispersion aggregated at village/district/state level: Accountability
• Links to DVR
• Primary school teachers collect census data so ideal for collecting DVR: used to systems & community used to them.
• Collect on paper for data entry clerks to enter (scanners not available & no time to train them on operation anyway)
